Speed Training
   

The Speed Development Training Program focuses on helping athletes to improve their speed by improving their running form and mechanics, increasing their core strength, and improving their flexibility. By making advancements in all the three areas, athletes will notice they are running at greater speeds with more ease.

We will design specific training programs for each individual athlete. The programs will be created after the initial assessments, and a brief meeting with the athlete to discuss their goals for their sport and the areas they feel they need the most help. Then based on the assessments and the meeting, a program will be developed to work on the athlete's desired focus areas, their weaknesses, improve on their strengths, and help them make all-around progress to reach their goals. All athletes will have their progress monitored so that the trainers can see where to make adjustments as the athletes begin to make gains. The athletes will be reassessed at least once a month, so new goals of the program can be created and the athlete will be able to see the progress they have already made.
