Jayson Jackson
Jayson walked on the Cross Country and Track and Field Teams at Penn State University and became a co-captain in both sports his senior year. After graduation in 1999, he entered the corporate world and got a job with a web site development company. Adjusting to the new way of life, finding time to train was difficult, so he started his own web site development firm, WC3 Designs, LLC, and got a part-time job so that he could run more. But that did not quench his thirst completely; he realized he wanted to coach too. So he started developing training programs for friends, and after seeing the results he realized this is something he wanted to do full-time he started the Run Like A Champion Distance Program.
